Position Overview

RNs will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care within their assigned specialty unit. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, ensure patient safety, and maintain the highest standards of practice in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Available Specialties

  • Medical Surgical (Med Surg)

  • Emergency Department (ED)

  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, compassionate, and effective patient care.

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans.

  • Document care according to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Respond appropriately in urgent or emergent situations.

  • Educate patients and families on treatments, conditions, and care plans.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NC or compact).

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the specialty area (Med Surg, ED, or ICU).

  • Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC may be required based on unit.

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability.
