  • Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Days Vary
  • Every Other Weekend Required

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation units
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Accurately document resident care and maintain clinical records
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
  • Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents
  • Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care plans
  • Serve as a leader and resource for nursing staff during assigned shifts

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
  • Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
