About the Role

Home and Care Home Health is looking for a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse to join our team in Casper, Wyoming. At Home and Care, we believe in showing up for our patients quickly, compassionately, and with care tailored to who they are — not just what they need. That means beginning care within 48 hours or less, so our patients can focus on healing, independence, and living their best lives, right at home.

As a Home Health RN, you'll provide skilled nursing care across the full range of home health services, working mostly independently in the field while staying connected to a supportive team through regular in-person meetings, education sessions, and check-ins.

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes, providing individualized, high-quality care
• Manage your own daily schedule and caseload with autonomy
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing education, check-ins, and supply restocks
• Take part in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend coverage (with additional compensation) — the vast majority of on-call activity is phone triage and next-day scheduling, not dispatch

What We're Looking For

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in Wyoming
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• New grads welcome! We're happy to help you launch your home health nursing career

Compensation & Pay Structure

• $36–$45/hour, based on experience
• Pay-Per-Hour (PPH) and Pay-Per-Visit models available — PPH is preferred for full-time staff
• Additional compensation for on-call rotation
