This job requires an RN in WA to ensure high Quality Home Health and Hospice care and provide education and training to clinical teams who provide said care. The Quality Assurance & Clinical Educator will ensure their staff understands the WHY behind the HOW of State and Federal Regulations as well as know the best techniques for providing Home Care & Hospice Care to clients.

Ideal candidates will bring:
- Several years of experience as a nurse educator, ideally with a background specifically in Home Health and Hospice
- Stable tenure (2+ years per job) in prior positions
- Examples of previous success
- Background in assuring Quality healthcare services
- Clear communication and a talent for educating teams
- Desire to see seniors well cared for in their homes
- Interest in working in the suburbs between Seattle and Tacoma, Washington
