Qualifications:
- 3 Years of experience in a leadership role (Charge/Coordinator, Nursing Admin Supervisor, or Nurse Manager) within an Acute Care setting
- Associate's Degree required
- Current state licensure and active certifications
- Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels
