What You’ll Do
• Oversee the full MDS/RAI process
• Ensure accurate and timely assessments
• Collaborate with IDT on care planning
• Maintain Medicare/Medicaid compliance
• Support audits, QAPI, and survey readiness
• Educate staff on documentation best practices
What We’re Looking For
• Active Ohio RN license
• MDS experience in Skilled Nursing (required)
• Strong understanding of PPS & reimbursement
• Experience with PointClickCare, MatrixCare, or similar EMR
• RAC-CT certification a plus (not required)
