RN Manager of Labor and Delivery

LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a(n) Registered Nurse- Manager - RN Labor/Delivery | Registered Nurse - RN in Davie, FL. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Current Neonate Resuscitate (NRP) certification or must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Current STABLE certification or must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Current Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification or must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
