Hillcrest Care Center in Wray, Colorado, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Manager to support our Assisted Living Administrator and Director of Nursing. Located in the beautiful northeast plains of Colorado, Wray is a warm, family-friendly town surrounded by scenic bluffs — a place where neighbors support each other and community pride runs deep.

Salary: $75,000–$93,000 - Full-Time 

This position will assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing and directing the day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living and Nursing Services departments. Duties will include:

  • Support daily operations of Assisted Living and Nursing Services

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff

  • Participate in care planning and quality improvement

  • Promote infection prevention best practices (experience preferred)

  • Collaborate with a small, dedicated team where everyone helps each other
