What You’ll Do

Serve as a strong patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are always maintained.

Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.

Deliver high-focus, evidence-based care with a commitment to continuous quality improvement.

Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and fellow nurses to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) experience in acute care ER, ICU, or CVICU.

PCU/IMCU candidates with 2 years of recent experience may be considered.

Active Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (compact holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation).

BLS required
-
ACLS required within 6 months of hire

BSN preferred
-
CCRN certification preferred
