A growing Assisted Living community is seeking an experienced Health Services Director (RN) to oversee all clinical operations and lead a dedicated nursing team. What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical services within the Assisted Living community.
  • Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care that promotes dignity, wellness, and independence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff through ongoing training, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and community policies.
  • Oversee resident assessments, care planning, medication management, and clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with community leadership to promote exceptional resident outcomes and a positive team culture.
  • Monitor quality assurance initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day clinical operations to support efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Build trusting relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and support the community's commitment to excellence in resident care.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or another senior living setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing clinical operations, staffing, and budgets is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for serving older adults and creating an exceptional resident experience.
