- Registered Nurse license in Michigan or Compact RN license
- Prior experience as an RN Director of Nursing over a Skilled Nursing Facility, DON/ DNS in SNF
- Track record of Survey success
- Stable tenure in prior jobs
- Measurable accomplishments like improved Staff Retention, increased Resident Satisfaction numbers, fewer Survey citations in -year-over-year Annual State Surveys, etc.
- Strong desire to live and work in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area
- Love of ensuring that seniors receive exceptional care
