You'll be joining a talented team who will work in tandem to provide improved care outcomes for residents receiving both long-term care services and skilled nursing/ rehab services.
As Director of Nursing, you will lead and oversee the care team, ensuring that all the staff are clear on state and federal regulatory requirements as well as company policies and procedures, so that when Surveyors walk in, everyone is ready. You will offer mentoring and support to your team, and provide clinical expertise and advice to residents and their loved ones.

Ideal candidates will bring:
- Registered Nurse license in Arizona or Compact State
- Previous experience in clinical leadership of a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care community
- Track record of successes like improved care outcomes, Year-over-Year Survey improvement, reduction in Agency use, staff retention, high resident satisfaction, etc.
- Strong desire to live and work in the greater Tucson, Arizona area
- Interest in seeing seniors provided with top quality care
