Role: Resident Services Director (Assisted Living Director of Nursing)

As RSD, you will lead and supervise the delivery of high-quality care to Assisted Living residents. You will be a key clinical leader, partnering closely with the Executive Director and mentoring a team committed to excellent resident support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the care program

  • Assess new residents for appropriate fit

  • Reassess existing residents as care needs evolve

  • Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management of care staff

  • Communicate effectively with families, providers, and residents

  • Manage scheduling and call-offs

  • Create and monitor resident care plans

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state & federal regulations

  • Prioritize and respond effectively in a dynamic environment

What You’ll Bring

  • Washington RN or LPN license

  • Experience in Senior Living/Assisted Living strongly preferred

  • Supervisory clinical experience ideal

  • Strong communication, professionalism, and compassionate leadership

  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt quickly

  • Ability to stay organized amid frequent interruptions

  • Dedication to helping seniors live with dignity, respect & joy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000–$98,000 (top of range reserved for candidates with strong clinical leadership and industry success) or HOURLY pay could be an option
