Senior Living Resident Care Director (RN or LPN)

A beautiful senior living community in Woburn, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Care Director (RN or LPN) to lead the clinical operations of our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Located near a prestigious country club, our community features beautifully designed resident apartments, welcoming common areas, and a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents and staff truly feel at home.
We are looking for a strong Nurse leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care while creating peace of mind for residents and their families.
Position Summary
The Resident Care Director is responsible for the overall oversight of the clinical aspects of the community, ensuring the highest quality of care and regulatory compliance. This leadership role establishes and implements policies and procedures, develops staffing plans, manages reports and budgets, coordinates with other departments, and supports excellence in resident care and customer service.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of Senior Living Director of Nursing experience required
- Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, compliance, and state regulations
- Excellent clinical assessment and leadership skills
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Passion for serving seniors and supporting families
