This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Board certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Must complete residency in General Surgery Residency Program *no exemptions
- MD or DO Degree from an accredited medical school
- Active Vermont Medical License
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) *no exemptions
- CPR for Healthcare Providers
- Proficiency in surgical techniques and procedures
- Clean Malpractice History
Salary Range: $285,000 - $320,000
