Physician - Hospitalist

LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a Physician - Hospitalist in Brattleboro, VT. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
- Active Vermont Medical License
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) *no exemptions
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Ventilator management experience
- Experience running codes
- 2–3 years Hospitalist experience
- Rural health experience
- Clean Malpractice History
Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000
