Qualifications:
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Colorado Medical License (or willing to obtain)
- DEA (or willing to obtain)
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) *no exemptions\
Salary Range: $469,000 - $520,000
