What You'll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients recovering from a variety of injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations, helping each one reach their highest potential
- Conduct thorough assessments, document findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals
- Design and implement rehabilitation programs aligned with physician plans and patient goals, adapting along the way for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to refine and update treatment plans
- Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members
What You'll Need
- Degree from an accredited, APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
- Current, unrestricted Montana PT license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
