What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients recovering from a variety of injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations, helping each one reach their highest potential
  • Conduct thorough assessments, document findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals
  • Design and implement rehabilitation programs aligned with physician plans and patient goals, adapting along the way for optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to refine and update treatment plans
  • Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members

What You'll Need

  • Degree from an accredited, APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted Montana PT license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
