Multi-Modality Rad Tech

Salary Range: $30.00 - $45.00
This is a union position, rate will be decided on years of experience and non-negotiable.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Allied Health professional for a Multi-Modality Rad Tech role in Coos Bay, OR. As an Allied Health professional, you will assist in the delivery of patient care, operate medical equipment, and contribute to diagnostic and therapeutic processes. Allied Health Technicians play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of patient care and ensuring efficient healthcare operations.

Education/Certification/License/Degree Requirements:
  • Graduate of Accredited Radiology Technology program
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist’s certification (in relevant modality*)
  • Current Oregon license or recent graduate of approved program and holds a valid temporary Oregon permit previous to taking ARRT registry Registry must be obtained within a reasonable time period not to exceed one year (in relevant modality*)
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Image Wisely pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30 thereafter
  • Image Gently pledge certificate or must obtain within 30 days of hire date and annually by January 30 thereafter
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
*Various Modalities:
  • Radiologic Technology
  • Mammography
  • CT Technology
  • MRI Technology

Experience:
  • Three years previous experience in hospital setting preferred
  • Willing to look at New Grads or those with less experience
