Position Overview:
LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a OR Nurse Manager in Hendersonville, TN. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state required.
- Minimum 1 year of related clinical experience required.
- Prior related clinical leadership experience required. Will consider previous Charge Nurse/Supervisor/Lead experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Salary Range: $43.70 - $65.48/hour
