The State of Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic, experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead a government-owned skilled nursing facility in Union Grove, WI through an exciting period of renewal and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and hands-on management to guide facility improvement and transformation.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, with a strong focus on navigating State survey processes and developing effective Plans of Correction.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, and clinical excellence.

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and implement facility policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A current, valid Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligibility to obtain one).

  • Proven experience in turnaround leadership or significant facility improvement.

  • Strong working knowledge of State and Federal long-term care regulations, including survey processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams with integrity, clarity, and a results-driven mindset.

  • A passion for improving resident quality of life and staff satisfaction.
