What You Bring

  • Current Ohio LNHA license (Required)

  • 3+ years of experience as a licensed administrator in SNF/LTC

  • A proven track record of turning around underperforming facilities

  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement, compliance, and QAPI

  • A natural leadership style: clear, honest, decisive, and compassionate
