LeaderStat is partnering with a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Central Alabama to identify an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead the community.

What You’ll Bring

  • Active Alabama Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
  • 5+ years of long-term care leadership experience preferred
  • Strong track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
  • A hands-on leadership approach with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Knowledge of clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, quality, and skilled nursing operations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead with accountability while fostering a positive and collaborative culture
