Position Summary

The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for the overall occupancy, operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of the skilled nursing/long-term care and assisted living communities on campus. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strong operational background, financial expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Maryland
  • Maryland Assisted Living Manager Certificate
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
  • 3–5 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
  • Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, staffing, and accounting
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) experience preferred
  • Experience working with memory care residents
  • Memory care-related certifications and training
