Position Summary
The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for the overall occupancy, operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of the skilled nursing/long-term care and assisted living communities on campus. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strong operational background, financial expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care and customer service.

Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Maryland
- Maryland Assisted Living Manager Certificate
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- 3–5 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, staffing, and accounting
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) experience preferred
- Experience working with memory care residents
- Memory care-related certifications and training
