Qualifications

Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Pennsylvania

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator

Proven leadership ability and experience collaborating across departments

Strong customer service and resident/family engagement skills

Impressive tenure with previous employers

Documented, measurable accomplishments in leadership, quality outcomes, and operational performance

Demonstrated business acumen, including financial and operational oversight
