LeaderStat is partnering with a highly regarded Skilled Nursing Facility near Stow, Ohio, in search of an experienced and passionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead their team. Position Overview

As the Administrator, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. This is a key leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Ohio

  • 4+ years of experience leading operations in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting

  • Proven ability to motivate and mentor staff, maintain strong team morale, and drive performance

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on resident, family, and staff satisfaction

  • Deep understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all facility departments to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

  • Collaborate with clinical teams to uphold individualized care plans and quality outcomes

  • Provide ongoing training and development for staff to promote a culture of safety and excellence

  • Drive resident and family satisfaction while maintaining high employee engagement
