Position Overview:
LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a Nurse Manager of Surgical Services in Ocala, FL. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Recent (Within the last year) Acute Care OR leadership experience. *Would consider Charge/Supervisor/Educator experience.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
Salary Range: $45.67 - $55.28/hour
