What You’ll Own

You’ll be the driving force behind the Memory Care neighborhood—setting the tone, the standard, and the experience.

  • Create an environment where residents feel safe, understood, and valued
  • Lead and coach a dedicated care team, setting clear expectations and accountability
  • Oversee resident assessments and ensure care plans are thoughtful and individualized
  • Stay ahead of changes in condition and respond with strong clinical judgment
  • Build relationships with families—be their go-to resource and trusted partner
  • Keep operations compliant, organized, and always survey-ready
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a seamless resident experience

What You Bring to the Table

  • Solid experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living, or Long-Term Care
  • Leadership experience where you’ve coached, developed, and held teams accountable
  • Strong understanding of dementia care and resident-centered approaches
  • Confidence in managing compliance, documentation, and clinical oversight
  • A calm, steady presence—especially in fast-moving situations

The Details

  • Full-time, salaried leadership position
  • On-call rotation and Manager-on-Duty responsibilities
  • Active presence in the building—this is not a desk-only role
