What You’ll Own
You’ll be the driving force behind the Memory Care neighborhood—setting the tone, the standard, and the experience.
- Create an environment where residents feel safe, understood, and valued
- Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated care team with clear expectations and accountability
- Oversee resident assessments and ensure individualized, thoughtful care plans
- Anticipate and respond to changes in condition with strong clinical judgment
- Build lasting relationships with families—be a trusted partner and resource
- Ensure operations are compliant, organized, and always survey-ready
- Collaborate with department leaders to create a seamless resident experience
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in Memory Care
- Preferably a nurse (LPN) in PA
- Proven leadership experience with team development and accountability
- Strong understanding of dementia care and resident-centered programming
- Confidence in managing compliance, documentation, and care oversight
- A calm, steady leadership presence—especially in fast-paced situations
- A collaborative, team-first mindset (not a micromanager)
