Position Overview
As the MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the RAI process, coordinating comprehensive assessments, and ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to promote clinical excellence and maximize reimbursement accuracy.
Requirements
- Licensed RN or LPN in good standing (State of Massachusetts)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MDS coordination in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and PDPM
- Stable tenure with past employers
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Collaborative team player with a passion for high-quality care
