We are searching for a motivated Manager of Emergency Services in an acute care facility in Hermitage, Tennessee!
Hermitage, Tennessee, is best known as the home of Andrew Jackson, the seventh president of the United States, and his estate, The Hermitage, which offers a glimpse into 19th-century life. Founded in the early 1800s, the area has grown from a rural settlement into a vibrant suburban community. Visitors can explore The Hermitage, which includes Jackson’s mansion, beautiful gardens, and a museum dedicated to his legacy, along with nearby attractions such as the Long Hunter State Park and the Percy Priest Lake.
The Emergency Room Nurse Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives

Salary Base: $79K-$110K

What qualifications will you need:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- 1-3 years of related clinical leadership experience REQUIRED
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience
