Ideal candidates will enjoy:
- Strong pay in the $115K to $125K range, with the top end being reserved for those with prior experience and stable tenure in the role

Ideal candidates will bring:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse certification in California (LVN, LPN)
- Previous clinical leadership experience
- Background that includes work in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or similar
- Track record of success in improving/ maintaining strong regulatory compliance, building strong staff retention, developing training and mentoring, communicating effectively with individuals of all walks of life
- Interest in living and working in Northern California
- Strong desire to see seniors well cared for
- Reliability as an employee
