What you'll receive

Base salary

$115,000 – $125,000 depending on experience and tenure

What you'll bring

  • Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) certification in California
  • Previous clinical leadership experience
  • Background in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or a similar setting
  • Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, staff retention, and team development
  • Strong communicator across all levels — residents, families, and staff
  • A genuine passion for the care and wellbeing of older adults
  • Reliability and a desire to put down roots in Northern California
