Responsibilities

As an RN or LPN with Redstone, you will:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our Personal Care community
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care, medications, and treatments
  • Complete admissions, assessments, care plans, and physician order documentation as required
  • Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and abuse-free environment for all residents
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional resident outcomes

Qualifications

RN Applicants:

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania

LPN Applicants:

  • Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in Pennsylvania

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
