Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Set departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives; oversee directors and supervisors implementing policy.
  • Champion staff commitment to the mission and model excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, including census, staffing, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and maintain sound privacy/security practices.

Education & Experience:
  • Several years of current LNHA experience
  • Active Nursing Home Administrators license (LNHA) in good standing
  • Stable tenure in previous roles 
  • Track record of successful surveys and teambuilding
