To be an Administrator over a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) one must hold a Nursing Home Administrator's license in the state of Iowa.

This property is performing well, having already completed an excellent annual state Survey in 2025. Additionally there have been zero complaint surveys this year. Staffing ratios are excellent, with CMS 4-stars given for Staffing. And this provider offers strong resources for support and potential for career advancement over time.

The Administrator will enjoy a supportive partnership with the Regional Operations Director who has a decade of stable tenure with the company.
 

Administrator requirements…

  • Active Nursing Home Administrators License (LNHA in Iowa)
  • Management experience in SNF/LTC as well as Assisted Living  
  • Powerful track record of success in former SNF/ CCRC settings
  • Stable tenure in past positions


Pay Range: $105k - $125k
