The SNF provides a great deal of subacute and skilled nursing rehab, with high pace of admissions and discharges, so the incoming NHA should be one with a background in running ops for other faster paced communities. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and how to ensure your team is up to speed with it is essential.
Strong track record of developing an all-staff customer service mindset is highly desired. If you are a team builder, who can provide your staff with knowledge of the WHY behind the HOW of things, you'll be a marvelous fit.

Ideal candidates will bring:
- Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Michigan (LNHA in MI)
- 3-5 years of previous experience leading operations in SNF setting
- Track record of measurable success in things like regulatory compliance/ Survey, improving CMS ratings, stabilizing staff retention, improving occupancy, generating positive resident satisfaction scores, etc.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong ability to build and sustain relationships
- Desire to see seniors provided with excellent care
