Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - Springfield, OH
LeaderStat is partnering with a not for profit long term care provider in Springfield, OH who is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in regulatory compliance, team development, census growth, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with overall leadership and daily operations management of a continuing care campus. (AL, MC, IL, SNF)
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead survey readiness and maintain high quality outcomes
- Drive census growth and strengthen community relationships
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
- Recruit, mentor, and retain department leaders and staff
- Foster a positive, patient-centered culture
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Proven success with state surveys and regulatory compliance
- Strong financial acumen and census development experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
