LeaderStat is partnering with a long term care provider outside of the Portage, MI area who is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in regulatory compliance, team development, census growth, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and daily operations management of a skilled nursing facility
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Lead survey readiness and maintain high quality outcomes
  • Drive census growth and strengthen community relationships
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain department leaders and staff
  • Foster a positive, patient-centered culture

Qualifications

  • Active Michigan Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
  • Proven success with state surveys and regulatory compliance
  • Strong financial acumen and census development experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
