LeaderStat is currently seeking an Interim Facilities Director who is interested in an exciting short-term contract in Powell, Ohio. This opportunity will take place in a long-term care setting, where you would be working directly with the geriatric population.

An ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of senior living maintenance, experience with supporting various department leads, and vendor and capital project management.

Job Duties

  • Directs the overall operation of the departments of Campus Services, Construction Services and Environmental Services
  • Works collaboratively with IT to provide a vision for future technology integration in the areas of campus services followed with development of specific action steps to achieve vision
  • Works closely with various Administrators to ensure that the levels of living have a seamless process for addressing building and environmental concerns
  • Responsible to lead the Emergency Management Team and direct all emergency preparedness plans, documents and drills
Ideal candidates will bring:
  • 5 or more years of management experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Previous experience with facility maintenance and environmental services required
  • Previous experience working with contractors and vendors required
  • Knowledge of department budgeting and capital project management required
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of institutional housekeeping
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness
