Interim Registered Dietitian– Skilled Nursing Facility
LeaderStat is currently seeking an Interim Registered Dietitian who is interested in an exciting short-term contract in Cleveland, Ohio. This opportunity will take place in a long-term care setting, where you would be working directly with the geriatric population.
An ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of food inventory and control, and experience with coordinating full dining service.
Job Duties

Coordinate nutritional assessments to establish individualized goals

Counsel and educate residents and families on proper dietary guidelines

Stay up to date with charting, MDS signing, Quarterly assessments and wound/skin assessments, as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care for residents

Support and educate dietary staff as needed
Ideal candidates will bring:

At least two years of experience as a professional dietitian or diet tech in a long-term care setting

Must have active state licensure

Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition or related field

Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
