Interim Home Health Nurses RN and LPN

 

We have a home health client that is seeking multiple RNs and LPNs to serve their growing caseload. We are looking for local or traveling nurses willing to commit to a 13-week contract delivering care across the State of Colorado.  

No on-call, 36 hours guaranteed weekly and mileage reimbursement is provided. Travel packages considered for experienced travel nurses. 

 

Job Requirements 

  • Active RN or LPN license in Colorado or Compact State license. 

  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation. 

  • Current CPR certification. 

  • Possess strong assessment skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently. 

  • 2+ years of recent experience in home health care. 

  • Up-to-date certifications/compliance: 

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA)

  • Two-step TB test

  • Physical exam within the last 12 months
