ABOUT THE JOB
LeaderStat is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Imaging Services for a 13-week assignment at an acute-care hospital in Beckley, West Virginia. This full-time leadership role oversees diagnostic imaging operations, including echocardiography, with a focus on patient safety, quality, staffing, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
Position Details
- Schedule: Days, primarily Monday–Friday
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Weekend/Call Coverage: As needed
- Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
QUALIFICATIONS
- Progressive leadership experience in hospital imaging or radiology operations
- 3–5 years of experience or progressive radiology leadership experience preferred
- Active ARRT certification and West Virginia Medical Imaging License
- Knowledge of imaging workflows, patient safety, staffing, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary leadership skills
- Multi-modality experience with MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and Echo preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $3,310 weekly pay package, including a $476 nontaxable meals stipend, subject to eligibility
- 13-week assignment with 40 guaranteed hours per week
