Interim Community Relations Director- Assisted Living and Memory Care

ABOUT THE JOB 
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Community Relations Director for an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Wexford, PA. The Community Relations Director is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, providing tours for families and potential residents, and exceptional follow-up.  


QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • 2 years of recent experience leading the sales efforts of an Assisted Living, Personal Care Home or Memory Care Community
  • Comfortable in a high visibility position and able to work well with all levels of staff
  • Exceptional communication and delivery giving tours and following up
  • Overseeing efficient preparation and ensuring rooms are ready for move-in for new residents and families
  • Coordinate the customer experience from first inquiry to move-in, ensuring highest quality of service for each resident and family member
