What you'll do
- Lead all HR operations across a multi-level CCRC campus
- Think and act astutely to support organizational goals in a stable, high-performing environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with department heads and staff at every level
- Ensure compliance with LTC/ SNF State and Federal regulatory requirements
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Executive Director and leadership team
What you'll bring
- 2 to 5+ years of HR Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care environment
- Active SHRM-CP/ SCP or PHR/ SPHR certification preferred
- Stable career tenure with sensible transitions and a strategic career mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Not-for-profit experience a plus
