Cherry Blossom Senior Living, a premier senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and daily HR operations while helping create an exceptional experience for both residents and team members.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and hiring support
  • Lead the onboarding process and ensure new team members have a positive and welcoming experience
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files
  • Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, benefits administration, and HR documentation
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, and HR-related questions
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and community events
  • Help ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with department leaders to support staffing, retention, and employee development efforts
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Director and leadership team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a service-focused environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Working knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and employment practices
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
