Human Resources Coordinator

LeaderStat is partnering with Highgrove at Tates Creek to bring on a new Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR operations within our senior living community. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate recruiting efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth, welcoming new hire experience
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
- Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR support
- Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Help ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations
- Provide administrative support to community leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience (healthcare or senior living preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS)
- Working knowledge of payroll, compliance, and employment practices
