Human Resources Coordinator

LeaderStat is partnering with Highgrove at Tates Creek to bring on a new Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR operations within our senior living community. What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate recruiting efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth, welcoming new hire experience
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
  • Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR support
  • Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives
  • Help ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations
  • Provide administrative support to community leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience (healthcare or senior living preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS)
  • Working knowledge of payroll, compliance, and employment practices
