Hospital CEO – Long Term Acute Care | Central Missouri

LeaderStat is partnering with a highly successful Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) provider to identify a dynamic Hospital CEO for one of their locations in Central Missouri. Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven leadership experience in Acute Care or Post-Acute settings (LTACH experience highly preferred)
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) 

  • Stable tenure in prior roles and a demonstrated ability to lead effectively

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred

  • Excited about the opportunity to live and work in Central Missouri

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000

  • Incentive Plan: Performance-based bonus

  • Relocation Package available
