This job requires an RN in WA to oversee and support the delivery of Home Health and Hospice care by ensuring their clinical teams are well versed in the healthcare regulations both Federal and Washington State. The Area Clinical Manager for Home Health & Hospice will also see that their staff delivers care with compassion, supports each other in the field and generally meets high standards of excellence daily.

Ideal candidates will bring:
- Several years of experience as a nurse leader, ideally with a background specifically in Home Health and Hospice
- Stable tenure (2+ years per job) in prior positions
- Examples of previous success
- Positive and encouraging leadership style
- Clear communication of expectations and a gift for mentoring and educating teams
- Desire to see seniors well cared for in their homes
- Interest in working in the suburbs between Seattle and Tacoma, Washington
