Position Summary:
The Healthcare Recruiter - Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) supports LeaderStat’s business operations by identifying, evaluating, and matching healthcare professionals with open job opportunities. This role independently evaluates candidates, prioritizes recruiting activities, and aligns talent with organizational and client needs. The Healthcare Recruiter (RPO) plays a key role in placement success, operational performance, candidate engagement, and staffing outcomes through sound judgment, effective recruiting strategies, and strong relationship management.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or sales
  • Understanding of healthcare roles, licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working in high-volume recruitment environments preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to effectively operate across multiple applicant tracking and recruiting systems, including platforms such as Paycor, AEP, UKG, and Bullhorn

  • Ability to recognize and escalate complex, compliance-related, or high-risk issues when appropriate

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, nurse’s aides, and other healthcare professionals, through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and other sourcing channels
  • Evaluate candidates based on experience, specialty, licensure, availability, qualifications, and assignment requirements
  • Independently determine candidate suitability and prioritize candidates for submission to open job orders
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with assignment requirements
  • Develop and maintain pipelines and networks of qualified healthcare professionals based on current and anticipated staffing needs
  • Determine and implement effective sourcing strategies to support recruiting goals and fill open positions
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and clients throughout the pre-hire and placement process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the recruiting and assignment lifecycle
  • Communicate assignment expectations, requirements, logistics, and other relevant information to candidates
  • Meet regularly with clients to understand staffing needs, forecasted openings, and recruiting priorities
  • Obtain and incorporate consistent client feedback to ensure candidate submissions and interviews align with staffing needs and expectations
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to support engagement, successful placements, and retention
  • Independently prioritize job orders and recruiting activities based on urgency, difficulty, and business needs
  • Ensure candidates meet all applicable credentialing, licensure, background, compliance, and regulatory requirements prior to placement
  • Validate professional references and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and recruiting records across all applicable ATS and recruiting systems
  • Apply sound judgment when interpreting compliance requirements and identifying potential placement or compliance risk
  • Contribute to placement success, fill rates, candidate engagement, retention, and overall recruiting performance
  • All other duties as assigned by management
