Why Recruiting?
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll act as both a recruiter and sales professional—building relationships with healthcare professionals, helping them find travel assignments across the country, and earning uncapped commission as you grow your business.

What You'll Do
- Recruit and place healthcare professionals in travel assignments nationwide
- Learn how to source candidates through phone calls, referrals, social media, job boards, and networking
- Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their careers
- Conduct phone interviews to learn about candidates' experience, career goals, and assignment preferences
- Match candidates with opportunities that fit their skills and lifestyle
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
- Work alongside an experienced team that will coach and mentor you as you develop your recruiting and sales skills
- Achieve individual goals while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable talking with new people and building professional relationships
- Previous customer service, sales, athletics, internships, leadership roles, or campus involvement are a plus—but not required
